We require a permanent part-time Registered Receptionist to join our team at Junction Health.
The receptionist's main purpose is to provide a welcoming face and excellent customer care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment system
Handling phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
Processing patient registrations and updating medical records
Taking payments accurately and sending invoices and remittance
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
