For more information about taking a better path to recovery, please go to: www.careway.co.nz.We're looking for an innovative and strategically minded Performance Manager to lead the success of the Careway programme through the effective and efficient delivery of financial operations, performance management, data insights and contract administration. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a large and innovative musculoskeletal programme that is revolutionising the care that people receive across New Zealand.Key Responsibilities of the role:Lead the programme's finance, billing, and data insights reporting functionsEnsure the efficient delivery of competent contract administration, negotiations and adviceOptimise business processes to create efficiency and operational excellenceDrive opportunities to improve services and embed a culture of continuous improvementDevelop and maintain positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders, specialists and clinical suppliersAbout you:As an experienced senior manager and inspired people leader you will bring the knowledge and resourcefulness necessary to ensure our programme delivers exceptional customer-centred care that is in line with financial objectives and growth plans. To be successful in this role you will need:Recent and relevant senior finance and/or operations management experience ideally in the Health sectorStrong commercial acumen and experience in financial management and data driven insight analysis and reportingProven people leadership strategies to develop an engaged and high performing team that is inspired to deliver exceptional outcomes and resultsAbility to engage, build relationships and negotiate with specialists, physios and other cliniciansOutstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levelsRelevant tertiary qualification in a Finance or Business related discipline is requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary package and benefits.Opportunity to work with a talented and driven team in a supportive environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Health insuranceIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for we want to hear from you!
