Through the support of the ANZ Productivity Manager, the purpose of this position is to lead the delivery of the site's productivity and performance goals through engaging teams and inspiring Operational Excellence.
Coach and mentor project leaders while also leading broad cross functional project teams from ideation through to completion.
Responsibilities: As a Performance and Productivity Lead, your job will be to: Work with ANZ Productivity and Performance Team to identify key productivity opportunities to deliver the annual productivity target through facilitation of a structured Ideation process and systematic Deep Dives and Kaizen workshops.
Provide support to ANZ Productivity Managers and manufacturing site leadership team to implement changes to drive efficiency and operational improvements.
Lead the analysis of performance data and assist in the validation of reporting systems to identify areas for change across Manufacturing and Logistics.
Drive and coordinate specific Performance Improvement Teams to address specific site opportunities by sharing best practice with other sites and using Lean principles across Manufacturing.
Support delivery of annual productivity and performance target by leading a sustainable cross-functional productivity and performance review process.
Champion and support operational change through implementing and embedding improvements.
Lead the development of a lean culture across all functions in the business.
Engage with frontline staff to embed a continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.
Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies & procedures.
Support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.
Qualifications: You will have: Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or a related discipline is desirable.
Proven track record of positive change implementation / project management experience.
Experience in collaborating with and leading teams, leading change across a broad audience.
Demonstrated experience at influencing and collaborating the agenda.
Understanding of data collection and reporting processes.
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (FMCG) functions.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles.
Good understanding of data manipulation software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau).
Proven ability to analyse business issues and develop effective solutions.
Proven influencing skills from shop floor level to site leadership and ability to challenge the status quo.
Strong continuous improvement mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated change management skills.
