Key responsibilities include supporting HRIS upgrades, system configuration and compliance with data protection regulations. Additionally, you will support the roll out of new modules and drive continuous improvements in existing modules to streamline people processes and enhance the employee system experience.This is a fixed term position for 12 months to cover parental leave.The FitIf you're proactive, adaptable and have a passion for continuous improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key skills and experience may include:Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator/People Tech Specialist or similar roleStrong knowledge of People systems, data structures, and processes.Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Such as HiBob, ELMO, IntelliHR, Workday, Successfactors)Familiarity with people analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools.Solid understanding of people processes, policies, and best practices.Ability to manage and prioritize, meet deadlines and ensure quality outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to translate identified 'customer' painpoints & opportunities into people tech enablement solutions.Knowledge of compliance regulations related to people data and privacy (e.g., GDPR)A friendly and outgoing attitude with internal stakeholders.A critical thinker who is open to change, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.Why Gallagher?At Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment, where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of everything we do.
