This opportunity will be for the period of November '24 through to Jan '26!As our People Solutions Lead, you will provide high quality expert advice and strategic guidance as you leverage your continuous improvement mindset to uncover opportunities that enhance the workstream, that will ultimately propel Fonterra forward.You will have a passion for development as you coach, mentor and develop an evolving team with a broad range of responsibilities ranging from high volume operational case management to people related data analysis, reporting and modelling all within a new tech enabled model.This secondment will see you play a pivotal role in leading impactful projects whilst steering a data-centric team towards achieving organisational goals.
