About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We have an exciting parental leave fixed term contract opportunity for a People Solutions Lead to join our Reward & OD workstream, which covers Remuneration, the annual Performance framework, organisational change & restructuring and HR Reporting. This opportunity will be for the period of November '24 through to Jan '26! As our People Solutions Lead, you will provide high quality expert advice and strategic guidance as you leverage your continuous improvement mindset to uncover opportunities that enhance the workstream, that will ultimately propel Fonterra forward.
You will have a passion for development as you coach, mentor and develop an evolving team with a broad range of responsibilities ranging from high volume operational case management to people related data analysis, reporting and modelling all within a new tech enabled model.
This secondment will see you play a pivotal role in leading impactful projects whilst steering a data-centric team towards achieving organisational goals. You will be a forward thinking, strategic leader who has a strong operational background coupled with HR generalist experience and above all, you will have a passion for data driven leadership and success.
What You'll Do: Accountable for the leadership and delivery of People Solutions servicesMaintain and improve service standards to meet service excellence strategy, service standards and quality measures.Leadership and development of the team to ensure People Solutions grows as a highly engaged and capable teamPlay an active role in representing People Solutions across the wider P&C and - where required - business communityLead the team to drive continuous improvements to our systems and processes to improve the customer experienceEnsure the team lead and deploy the implementation of process, project and policy changes across portfolioAdvocate, educate and lead our P&C Operating Model, working in partnership across our Operating Model to create a high impact P&C function and service.About you | Ko wai koe Previous experience within Reward & ODExperienced people leader who has coached, mentored and developed a teamStrategic thinker with a passion for peopleStrong relationship management skills with the ability to establish and maintain a wide range of effective relationships.Self starter and proactive thinkerBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAre you excited about this opportunity but may only meet some requirements?
