Occupational Health & Safety (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeThe Integrated Foods Group is an international food processing and agricultural business with large scale farming and boutique lamb processing sites in Gisborne and Napier.We are looking for a People and Safety Coordinator to provide strategic and operational support in the areas of health & safety, people management, learning and development and employee engagement. This role will be based in Napier at our processing site, Fresh Meats NZ, a boutique Lamb Processing site manufacturing top quality products destined for both domestic and international markets.The People and Safety Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing Company health & safety procedures, HR generalist tasks, and learning and development activities to achieve a learning culture and meet key training needs for today and the future.This role's key responsibilities are:Coordinating and administering the plant's health & safety procedures.Providing generalist HR support and advice to managers and staff.Supporting the HR function and Group People and Safety team.Supporting the development of the training and development strategy.Coordinating, and implementing training and development activities.Supporting and guiding department managers and trainers.Applicants for this position must be eligible to work in NZ.
