People, Safety and Culture Administrator
Permanent Part – Time Role, 20 hours per week.
These are some of the key responsibilities for this role: Working closely with the wider People, Safety and Culture (PSC) team to ensure coordinated and effective support is provided to our leaders and our on-farm teams.Providing effective support across a range of people related areas including employment relations, performance management, culture. wellbeing and engagement.Monitoring and responding the central PSC Inbox and communication to the various parties as required. Collating and reporting the Health and Safety data and communicating these to the wider teams and clients as required.Timely communications and promoting wellbeing within the business.Facilitate and maintain systems, processes, policy reviews and incident reporting.Assisting in project work where required, including the administration around the annual conference.Must have strong administration and excel skills, and impressive organisational skills.What you'll need to succeed: The successful applicant is someone that just fits into the team culture and has a passion for people, and determination for development. Although a formal qualification maybe an advantage, it is not necessary, as we are seeking the right person with a savvy attitude to undertake a variety of tasks for the business with tenacity and drive to get right solutions. About us: FarmRight is a farm management company that currently manages 60 farms throughout New Zealand and Australia on behalf of a range of investors. FarmRight has offices based in Canterbury, Southland and Waikato and operates predominantly in the NZ dairy industry. Recent growth has seen FarmRight begin managing operations in the wider agriculture sector, namely Horticulture.
Based in the Christchurch office, this is a dual role that encompasses HR administrative support on a day-to day basis and administrating the Safe and Well (health and safety) programme in managing and reporting systems. The PSC Administrator supports the PSC team in providing a comprehensive administration to managers and employees within FarmRight.
