We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team as People & Performance Advisor .
Join us working from our waterfront CBD location in a varied, hands-on role, to deliver coaching, advice and assist with execution and implementation of HR initiatives.
The value you'll add Work closely with our People & Performance Director and wider team, to influence positive outcomes across the full employee lifecycle including: Talent Development and Capability Uplift Employee Engagement and Retention Employee Relations and Performance Management Diversity & Inclusion Workforce Planning In this role you will also work as part of the APAC People team and support to implement global projects & programmes locally where appropriate.
Your strengths You will leverage your strong relationship building and excellent communication skills to partner across all levels of the organisation nationally.
You will pride yourself on your planning and organisational skills to deliver results.
Coupled with this you will have a love of learning and seek out continuous improvement opportunities to support function and business goals.
Qualifications Relevant HR Generalist experience including Employee Relations and areas across the complete employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of NZ employment law with the ability to communicate and apply to technical matters.
