Solid background in HR practices, processes, and relevant employment legislationProven experience in managing employment relations cases, including investigations and performance managementA track record of leading people through changeSkills in facilitating workshops to identify talent and uplift capabilityExpertise in advising and coaching leaders on a range of people-related mattersConfident in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborationAbility to leverage data and insights for strategic decisions and market trendsOpportunities to lead or contribute to key projects and mentor others in the teamYou do not need to tick every box to be considered.
