Reporting to our People & Leadership Director, this role is responsible for developing partnerships across the business to deliver value added service to management and team members that support the business objectives. This role is integral in leading and embedding our strategic approach to build organisational performance and capability With a strong emphasis on building effective working relationships, influencing and challenging where needed and seeing the big picture of driving performance and overall culture of the organisation.
Qualities and attributes we're looking for:
Proven HR experience in NZSound understanding and knowledge of NZ Employment LawsProven experience in ER and performance issue managementStrong organisation skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, warm, approachable and supportive personalityExperience in leading training, facilitating workshops and mediationAbility to influence and challenge in a respectful mannerPersonal integrity, sound judgement and ability to handle data with confidentialityTeam player, enjoy working with a close collaborative fun team.In return we can offer you:
