People Experience Coordinator

Join our progressive, innovative, passionate team in Tamaki Makaurau as an HR Coordinator. This role is integral to our People and Culture team, providing exposure across the generalist HR space, including Employee Relations, onboarding, talent, systems, and operations.
This position is the first point of contact for our kaimahi (staff), ensuring their journey is the best it can be. Responsibilities include developing Employment Agreements, managing welcome info for new staff, planning staff Powhiri, and handling general admin duties such as variation letters, reporting, filing, and team meeting management. No two days are alike, making this role unique.
If you have at least 2 years' experience in an HR Admin/coordinator position and are eager to expand your HR career, bring your initiative and make this role your own. You will work well in a team, think on your feet, be a self-starter, and strive to make a difference for our kaimahi and akonga (students).
