Onboarding Specialist

Details of the offer

Here at ASB, the customer is at the heart of everything we do. Recognised as one of New Zealand's leading financial organisations, with a united and talented workforce, we are continuously evolving against a backdrop of rapidly changing customer needs, regulations, and technologies.
Our Onboarding Specialists are focused on leading the onboarding process for our more complex, enterprise customers. We are here to make onboarding as seamless as possible!
This role provides the opportunity to support our frontline teams as well as our customers, by performing the end-to-end account opening while fulfilling our AML/CFT regulatory requirements. This role is suited to someone who aspires to provide an unbeatable experience, collect information and provide active support to frontline teams and customers in opening new enterprise accounts in line with the Banks onboarding process and procedure and regulatory requirements. It is also important for you to analyse and interrogate data received from various systems, customers and other sources to efficiently and effectively identify and verify customers' information.
We are looking to recruit for permanent and fixed-term positions. This will help you build on your existing skills and further develop your career experience. Guiding our teams and customers through the relevant identification and verification processes, you will get exposure and the chance to learn various systems, legal standards and sources of data.
On offer is the chance to work in a fun, successful and united team environment, with plenty of opportunity for growth and development. We will consider applications from candidates based in our main centres of Auckland or Christchurch. If you have a working knowledge of AML processes and requirements, this would be advantageous but not required as this role will give you the opportunity to learn more and give you the chance to apply your exceptional time management, tech-savviness and organisational skills.
If you have had exposure to company and trust structures, this will transfer nicely. What will really set you apart are your strong communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes. It is essential for the successful candidate to have good customer service, communication and collaboration skills.
We have plenty of opportunity for growth and development in a passionate team!
He aha ta matou | What can we offer? In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities. You will work in a successful and supportive team environment and be a part of the growth story that is ASB.
ASB is committed to fostering a culture where people are engaged, passionate and valued - living our values every day is integral to achieving our purpose. In our diverse and accepting environment, our people grow their agile mind-set, learn, evolve and utilise their skills, while being empowered to make decisions.
