The Opportunity We have a rare opportunity for an experienced P&C Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Managing Director of New Zealand.
In this pivotal role, you will engage at all levels of our organisation, delivering at both an operational and strategic level to achieve our people and culture aspirations. We seek a dynamic and collaborative leader who can effectively partner with stakeholders to enhance leadership capabilities, implement P&C initiatives, and provide expert advice and services aligned with our business strategy.
A crucial aspect of this role is to foster strong relationships and synergy with Komatsu Australia, ensuring we fully leverage their support to achieve our goals.
Role Located: Auckland, New Zealand

What We Are Looking For Relevant degree or equivalent working knowledge.
Strong background in a strategic P&C role.
Experience within manufacturing, construction or earthmoving industry is preferred.
Experience across HR fundamentals and the employee lifecycle, including:
Planning
Recruitment (including offshore recruitment)
Engagement
Inclusion and diversity
Compensation/benefits administration
Employee performance management
Demonstrated experience working with New Zealand legislation.
Proven experience driving cultural change to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Leadership to coach, mentor, support teams, build capability, and achieve great results together.
Demonstrated previous experience with SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
