The Opportunity: We have a rare opportunity for an experienced P&C Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Managing Director of New Zealand. Strong background in a strategic P&C role. Experience within manufacturing, construction or earthmoving industry is preferred. Experience across HR fundamentals and the employee lifecycle, including: Planning Recruitment (including offshore recruitment) Engagement Inclusion and diversity Compensation/benefits administration Employee performance management Demonstrated experience working with New Zealand legislation. Proven experience driving cultural change to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Leadership to coach, mentor, support teams, build capability, and achieve great results together.
