We believe in creating an environment where team members are empowered to grow, achieve longevity in their careers, and enjoy their roles every day.Role Overview:As our People and Culture Champion, you will be the heart of our people operations, focused on cultivating a vibrant work culture, supporting staff growth and development, overseeing recruitment, and managing regular check-ins with Site Managers.
