Job Description Key responsibilities will include: Promote the values of football within the organisation and while representing New Zealand Football externally, helping to maintain our positive culture during this fixed-term role. Assist managers in nurturing a culture of continuous learning, helping team members reach their full potential by proactively supporting their development areas. Deliver HR leadership and offer quality advice to managers and employees on various aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, performance management, remuneration, change management, and employee engagement. Serve as the systems lead for our HRIS, ensuring its continued effectiveness in supporting HR functions and driving its evolution during the maternity cover period Desired Skills and Experience You'll be an excellent relationship builder, proactive with a passion for building an inclusive and diverse workplace where people know they are valued and supported. You should have a minimum of 5 years of generalist HR Experience, preferably in sports or not-for-profit organisations and familiarity with the Elmo suite of HR modules would be advantageous.
