About the Role Are you a proactive People & Culture professional looking for a role that combines autonomy with strong team support? We have a fantastic fixed-term opportunity for you to join our Operations and People & Culture team!
In this role, you'll thrive in an operational environment, leveraging your expertise while benefiting from the support of an established P&C team. You will be instrumental in guiding and executing core P&C functions including:
Employment & Industrial Relations: Navigate complex employment issues with confidence and expertise.Recruitment: Attract and onboard top talent to drive our organisation forward.Remuneration: Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.Organisational Development: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our organisation.Key Responsibilities: Full P&C generalist focusing on proactive stakeholder partnering to enable optimum operations and employee experience.Support the deployment of P&C strategies to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.Provide expert advice and guidance on employment and industrial relations matters.Lead effective recruitment and talent management programs.Champion performance and development frameworks.Support the deployment of Wellbeing, Inclusion & Diversity, and Learning initiatives.What We Offer: Autonomy and Impact: Lead and influence key P&C functions with the support of a dedicated team.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with experienced professionals in both Operations and P&C.Growth Opportunities: Contribute to strategic initiatives and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.Who We're Looking For: We'd like to hear from People & Culture professionals who can demonstrate a strong generalist background and the ability to expertly influence great industrial & employee relations outcomes. HR Generalist: Experience with a wide range of P&C functions in a dynamic environment, including talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, and performance development.Industrial Relations: Ability to navigate complex industrial relations landscapes, including managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.Relationship Building: Can establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to foster a positive work environment and support organisational initiatives.Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organisational performance.If you're ready to take on a role where you can make a significant impact while enjoying the benefits of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
