We are looking for a star to join our People + Culture team as a P & C Advisor.
The opportunity - Te turanga This role reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture will be to support P&C GMs and our Business Partners to partner with all business areas to help drive success through the organisation and support the People & Culture team to deliver our TVNZ People Plan.
In this role your focus will be on:
Provide front line advice on people matters and people policies.Support leaders to address any employment relations and industrial relations matters.Own and lead the P&C annual processes for Performance Review, LTR and Remuneration review, ensuring all tasks are completed to project timelines and P&C GMs, BPs and leaders are supported to deliver quality processes for their teams.Review, establish, embed and streamline P&C processes, applying a continuous improvement approach.This is a twelve-month fixed term contract. To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Ability to develop, improve and implement processes.Organised with ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.Skilled in the Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Self-motivated with initiative.Calm and capable, with a collaborative working style.Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal stakeholders in all business areas.Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, coordinating multiple requests to successful completion.Trustworthy to maintain confidential information.The following is beneficial but not essential:
