Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications: HR Degree qualified, or working towards an HR qualification.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in using Google Suite.
