About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager in our Penrose Head Office, the People & Culture Advisor will work with the business to provide support and consultation to managers across NZ. This is not your typical advisor role. Our small team of three support 1,100 employees, consisting of a diverse range of teams at varying levels of needs. This means you will be involved in everything.

About You

You will have proven expertise as the point of contact for general HR and ER queries, offering comprehensive and advisory support in medium to large commercial organisations. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and bring a solutions-focused and customer-centric approach to this role. You easily build positive and informative coaching relationships and your ability to build trust and influence will help set you up for success. The pace is fast and the work can be complex so you must be able to prioritise your workload and deliver within timeframes.

You'll have a strong working knowledge of NZ employment legislation with proven ability working in a busy and varied role, ideally with multi-site 24/7 experience. The role will also have a focus on continuous improvement to deliver consistent and professional service and enhance the customer experience. You will be conversant with HR systems – SAP Success Factors experience is a plus.
