People & Capability Transformation Lead (18-month Fixed Term Contract) You'll be the glue that brings it all together, working closely with our Chief of Transformation and team as well as across the organisation, so your stakeholder management skills need to be strongly honed.
You'll be the champion for our P&C team to ensure strategic delivery of key people initiatives and projects to support significant business change now and for the future.
With a strong background in people & capability and having led through a sizable business transformation, you'll thrive on working at pace, wearing both strategic and operational hats when needed to bring everything together.
Ideally, you'll have worked at an enterprise level, or consulted internally, where you have delivered significant change / digital transformation pieces of work from a people perspective.
This experience will be the key to your success stepping into this contract!
What You'll Be Doing: Lead the People workstream of our Digital Transformation programme Play a critical leadership and conduit role across the People & Capability, Transformation and wider business teams Collaborating with our business leads around strategy and project capability gaps Working with the wider People & Capability team to support our current and future needs What Sets You Apart: Demonstrated expertise delivering People & Capability Transformation programmes Senior and large groups of stakeholder management at Exec and Group levels preferred Extensive experience in change management and working in and/or with Agile teams Ideally, you'll have knowledge of digital transformation change specifically Why you'll love working with us:  We're committed to making our people's wellbeing a top priority, with benefits such as a $250 annual wellbeing allowance and volunteer leave.
