We are currently seeking an exceptional People and Capability Manager to join our passionate team.Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will work within the People & Culture team to:Manage the employee Engagement and Development Programme, including development and management of the communication plan to motivate employee participation.Manage and drive change and culture programmes, seeking internal and external markets to establish best practice cultures and interventions.Work with the Business Units and HSEQ to review the Training Needs Analysis and provide best practice advice on competency requirements.Coordinate and support apprenticeship programmes within the business and ensure our trainees are on a pathway for success.Work with the General Manager People and Culture to deliver succession planning and employee development initiatives across the Group.Provide support to the People & Culture team as an active team member.Take a lead in the outcomes of the performance review to ensure synergy in L&D approach and to identify the correct interventions that will add value and that are scalable.Provide a professional and end to end detailed service to the business in such a way that they trust you in your opinion and guidance.What You'll Bring to the Table:10+ years' experience with a proven track record in senior HR and/or Learning and Development roles.Experience establishing comprehensive Training Needs Analysis' and development of Learning Management Systems.Strong understanding of HR legislation and proven track record in implementing and managing HR information systems.Ability to deal with a wide range of people and establish effective working relationships with managers and staff.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and business partnering skills.Strong systems processing skills including use of Microsoft Office suite, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel.Proactive, self-starter, well organised and able to prioritise effectively in order to maintain high service level standards.Ability to coach, providing guidance and advice to managers and staff at all levels.Why Horizon Energy Group is Your Next Big Move:A Role With Purpose: You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our organisation, influencing decisions that impact the entire business.Competitive Rewards: A challenging role that comes with a competitive salary, plus perks like paid birthday leave and comprehensive life & critical illness cover.An Inspired Environment: Work in a dynamic setting where your ideas are valued, your growth is nurtured, and your contributions truly matter.Let's Build Something Great Together: If you're ready to take the reins and make a lasting impact in a company that's as committed to its people as it is to its future, then we want to hear from you.
