We need an experienced, driven People Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our people leaders, partnering with them to make informed people management decisions and cultivate a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
Our care facilities and villages stretch across Aotearoa and your role will involve supporting those leading these sites and managing their teams who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
You will make a difference by collaborating with leaders to develop and implement people-centric strategies that align with business goals. Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace where our employees feel valued and empowered to do their best work. Facilitating smooth transitions for new processes and initiatives, ensuring clear communication and support.
Supporting leaders in creating workplaces that embrace and celebrate diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Providing expert guidance and support to leaders on complex employee relations matters.
If you are someone who has a range of experience across the HR remit and can roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a variety of work and projects, then we would like to hear from you. Ideally, you have:
Up to 8 years of experience in a People/HR or related field.An ability to deliver quality work within tight timeframes.A collaborative working style, where you are happy supporting or leading pieces of work in the People space.An ability to deliver on BAU in the People space while leading and supporting on various projects to enhance our peoples experience during their time at Oceania.In return we offer a competitive salary, our support office is in Auckland's CBD, and we have a variety of work that will interest the most seasoned professional in this space.
