Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to make their mark in an organisation that makes a real difference in the lives of those with care experience across Aotearoa.As the People and Culture Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of VOYCE – Whakarongo Mai. Sitting as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll help lead strategic decisions that impact both the culture and success of the organisation. This role builds on the strong foundations already in place, offering you the opportunity to refine and expand initiatives that foster a thriving, equitable, and inclusive workplace.You will oversee all aspects of HR, including policy development, employee relations, wellbeing initiatives and organisational development. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, collaborating closely to ensure our people practices align with our values and support organisational growth.
