You'll report directly to the CEO and be a key member of our executive leadership team.In this role, you'll connect with people at all levels of our organisation, helping us achieve our people and culture goals both on the ground and at a strategic level. We're looking for a friendly and collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhance leadership skills, and roll out P&C and H&S initiatives that support our business strategy.
