We are looking to support this success by hiring a talented, self-motivated People and Culture Manager to build and improve upon the functional systems delivering seamless software solutions to our massive global userbase.

About the roleAs a People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-practice people and organisational development policies in support of MEGA's strategic objectives.
This role involves providing advice, insight, and services to internal leadership, administering a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement to increase productivity, engagement, and interconnectedness across all teams and the business as a whole.
Additionally, this role will provide crucial support to the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key duties and responsibilities will be to: Design and implement effective people and organisational development policies that align with MEGA's strategic objectives.Provide expert advice and insights to internal leadership on HR matters.Administer a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement.Develop and execute strategies to enhance productivity, engagement, and team interconnectedness.Oversee talent management initiatives including onboarding, training, and development.Foster a positive organisational culture that reflects MEGA's values.Manage and utilise our HRIS platform BambooHR for efficient HR operations.Lead and support culture initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Develop and manage employee engagement programs and activities.Coordinate and facilitate team-building exercises and company-wide events to strengthen organisational culture.Ensure that all employees understand, embrace, and live MEGA's company values in their daily work.Support the senior leadership team by aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing strategic HR insights.This role will be based at our central Auckland headquarters, with some flexibility for working remotely.
Please note that we support hybrid-remote working across the organisation, and you may on occasion be required to work outside of typical office hours as you communicate with colleagues in different time zones.

Skills and Experience:Expertise in HR management and organisational development.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.Dedication to continuous improvement and proactive initiative.Experience in leading and managing culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.Ability to support senior leadership with strategic HR insights and alignment.You take ownership of your work and pursue constant improvement, proactively identifying persistent or potential issues and resolving them.
