As the sole HR leader, you will oversee the entire HR remit from recruitment to offboarding for a global distribution organisation. This role is part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with 60 employees across New Zealand and Australia. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the HR function, driving cultural improvements, and supporting leadership training and development. The role combines operational and strategic elements, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You Will Do: Lead and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, cyclical activities, employee relations, and data management for HRIS for both New Zealand and Australia.
Participate in ELT and SLT meetings, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Drive cultural and capability enhancement initiatives, embedding company goals, values, and KPIs.
Work closely with managers to support their decision-making and guide them through change management.
Plan and organise company events and engagement activities.

Who You Will Be:
You will have at least three to four years experience working in HR and hold a relevant qualification. You are resilient, flexible, and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of HR practices. Experience in distribution, warehousing, procurement, and supply chain environments is highly beneficial. You are empathetic and supportive, with the confidence and ability to present to the ELT.
