People And Culture Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our People and Culture team.

Partnering with the Leadership team to help set and drive the people agenda at both an operational and strategic level across the designated area of the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for helping to set the direction of the Auckland People & Culture leadership team, and for developing, fostering and enabling the People & Culture team members to build HR capability and ensure the provision of an effective and consistent HR service to the wider business.

To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

8-10 years HR experience ideally in a large and complex organisation
Tertiary qualified in Human Resources
Proven leadership experience
Extensive Employment Relations experience in a Union environment
Demonstrated experience of leading significant Change Management processes
Ability to establish your position as a trusted advisor and leader within agreed departmental portfolio
Professional presentation with high level interpersonal skills, to be a brand ambassador for SkyCity
