You'll report directly to the CEO and be a key member of our executive leadership team. In this role, you'll connect with people at all levels of our organisation, helping us achieve our people and culture goals both on the ground and at a strategic level. We're looking for a friendly and collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, enhance leadership skills, and roll out P&C and H&S initiatives that support our business strategy. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our Australian team, building strong ties with their HR and H&S Managers. Strong background in a strategic P&C role. Experience in recruitment (including offshore recruitment). Experience in engagement, inclusion, and diversity. Experience across HR fundamentals and the employee lifecycle. Demonstrated experience working with New Zealand legislation. Proven experience driving cultural change to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Leadership to coach, mentor, support teams, build capability, and achieve great results together.
