This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring the business thrives through effective HR practices.
Key responsibilities include: Building strong internal relationships across all levels of the business.Identifying and addressing gaps within HR processes and delivering practical solutions.Continuously developing and refining internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NZ legislation.Providing end-to-end ER support.Coaching and training teams to build HR capabilities.What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Comprehensive HR experience at an Advisor or BP level within New Zealand.Experience in HR within the retail sector is highly preferred.A proven track record of managing multiple ER issues.A collaborative and approachable working style.Confidence to challenge ideas and contribute innovative solutions.Experience in building effective recruitment and talent mapping strategies.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team and make a meaningful impact by driving the company's people and culture initiatives.
