Our busy People & Culture team support 1,700 employees across multiple sites & remotely across the North Island.
Mo te turanga | About the roleThe People and Culture Administrator is a newly created position ready for you to put your stamp on. Our People & Culture Business Partnering team is looking for someone who is super organised, fantastic at administration and customer service. They will also need to be proactive and have the initiative to move things forward and get tasks completed on time.
You will provide support to the People & Culture Business Partnering team of all parts of the employee life cycle, including variations to agreements, long service leave and coordination of multiple P&C processes.
