About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager - People and Culture, this is a hands-on opportunity for you to use your generalist experience in a busy role that is full of variety. You'll be partnering with business leaders to drive performance and provide support from employment relations through to areas of culture and talent. Your portfolio covers sites across the Upper North Island region from Kerikeri down to Auckland, so you'll need to enjoy getting out on site and learning about the business. About you You're an experienced HR Business Partner with a full generalist background including ER and previous experience in dealing with unions and collective bargaining. Driven by delivering great people practices; you will be courageous and resilient in your style and enjoy working in a collaborative People and Culture team. More than that, you will have a genuine desire to understand our operations and will tailor your approach to ensure HR initiatives support the wider business strategy. Your influencing and engagement skills will be critical to your success as you work with our team to lift capability. You will engage with individuals at all levels of the business through a pragmatic and solution-based approach to ensure your advice is sought and solutions implemented.
