WM New Zealand is looking for a passionate and proactive People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Business Partners in People and Culture to provide HR generalist support, offering expert advice on employee relations and managing HR-related administrative tasks.
You'll also play a key role in driving initiatives such as learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.

About you: You're a dedicated HR professional with experience in providing sound advice and HR admin support in a fast-paced environment.
You're passionate about fostering positive workplace relationships and helping leaders succeed.
With your strong communication and advising skills, you can guide people at all levels and make a real difference in driving employee engagement and performance.
Key responsibilities include: Providing HR advice and support on employment relations matters. Assisting with administrative tasks and other HR operations-related activities.
Supporting the Learning and Development function, delivering vital training initiatives.
Managing key employee programs, such as performance management and engagement activities.
Coaching and guiding leaders to improve their people management skills.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the People and Culture team.
Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a People and Culture or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and employment relations best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keeping stakeholders informed throughout a process.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
