Collaborating with the wider people team, you will be a SME on our people policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance against employment law and regulations. This role is fixed term until June 2025. The key outcomes you will be responsible for are as follows:Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of People matters.Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, the People team, and the business to bring ASB's People Promise to life, across key moments that matter, and through simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences for our people across the journey experience.Contribute to the function of a high performing team through providing back up and support to colleagues, collaborating and sharing knowledge and promoting active professional development.Contributing to a collaborative and proactive culture and ways of working across People Partnering, and the People team.Current knowledge of employment legislation and solid experience providing ER advice and support to a business.A minimum of 2 years' proven work experience in human resources.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members.A strong attention to detail, strong organisational and administrative skills.Working knowledge of HR systems and software.Demonstrable experience of data analysis and reporting, able to assimilate information quickly and accurately.Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment with excellent communication skills, written and spoken.Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASBIn return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where the sky is the limit for development and career opportunities.
