Payroll/Systems AnalystJoin ANZCO Foods as a Payroll/Systems Analyst, this position will be based in our Corporate Office in Christchurch and reports to our Payroll Development Manager. In this position you will complete end to end Payroll processing and help support the maintenance and improvements of all our current Payroll/HR Systems.This position will also see you contribute to the overall HR/Payroll team operation, assist with payroll projects where needed, establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating a strong customer service ethic. If you are someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys a varied role and engaging with various stakeholders, this opportunity could be your next move.Duties and Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:Ensure payroll activities are managed in such a way to ensure accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality and compliance with all relevant legislation and company policy and proceduresEnsure the weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls are run to the required timeframesUpdate, maintain and load information in the PayGlobal Payroll and ESS SystemUpdate and maintain the current time and attendance ACCESS database and assist with the testing and implementation of the replacement Time & Attendance systemSupport the Payroll Development Manager as requiredSupport the Payroll Technical Lead in the maintenance of all Payroll Related SystemsAssist in the testing and implementation of relevant improvement projects as they relate to payrollSkills and Experience we are looking for:An end-to-end payroll experience is required, preferably in the use of PayGlobalWorking knowledge of Payroll and Employment Legislation including the Holidays Act 2003, Employment Relations Act 2000 and the KiwiSaver Act 2006A high degree of detail and accuracy in all areas of workAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsBachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or a related fieldExperience as a System Analyst or similarWe deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
