What will you be doing Nga whainga Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working alongside Finance and our People and Corporate Affairs team, your role will be to ensure that we have robust payroll processes and run accurate and timely payrolls across our 8 global markets and 11 payrolls.
This is a critical role; not only will you ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, but you will also need to maintain a high level of integrity of the people data and produce high-quality reporting.
This role provides opportunities to create efficiencies and continuously improve the payroll function.
What you will need Nga pukenga mo tenei turanga Previous payroll administration and processing experience within a complex or global environment. Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand payroll-related legislation. Some knowledge of payroll-related legislation in offshore locations. Experience with forecasting and budgeting (preferred). Experienced working with HRIS and highly proficient with Excel and Microsoft products and reporting tools. Experience with Oracle would be advantageous. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Able to manage a busy workload effectively and thrive on meeting deadlines.
