Payroll Officer - Te Puke High School

We require a reliable, conscientious professional to manage and execute our school's payroll.Key responsibilities:Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.Compliance with NZ payroll regulations.Maintain confidential payroll records and prepare relevant reports.Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management.Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.Qualifications:Experience in payroll administration, preferably in education.Knowledge of NZ payroll laws (Holidays Act, KiwiSaver, PAYE).Proficient with payroll software (e.g., Edpay).Skills:Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.Part-time hours to be determined with the successful applicant.
