About: Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join ASAP on a contract basis for 2 months.
Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll.Import hours worked data from our time and attendance system.Verify leave availability and entitlements prior to payroll processing.Maintain and update payroll records.Respond promptly and courteously to payroll inquiries.Calculate and process final pays or special pays as required.Assist in entering new employee details.Experience: Minimum one year of relevant payroll experience.Strong time management and organisational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of NZ payroll legislation and compliance.Team player with a commitment to confidentiality and customer service.Experience with DataPay and Human Force.Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.If you are immediately available and are passionate about ensuring payroll processes are executed flawlessly, we encourage you to APPLY now or get in touch with Natasha Zyzalo at [Contact Email].
