Duties include: End to end payroll processingMix of weekly and monthly payrolls - 600 staffReporting to Payroll Manager within Finance team and working alongside Payroll OfficerEnsure compliance maintained with all legal requirements relating to Wage/Salary/Holiday payments and any Tax upgradesHandle payroll obligations such as IRD, KiwiSaver, payroll queries and follow upPreparing weekly and monthly reports Liaison with HR and Finance teamsHealth & Safety etc You: Payroll experience (3-5 years) and thorough understanding of NZ payroll legislationComprehensive knowledge of payroll software (SAP is used)Experience with a larger payroll in a Head Office or corporate environmentAn excellent communicator with great attention to detail On offer: Excellent negotiable hourly rateCommence at the start of NovemberAssignment all of November, may extendHandover and support ongoing, due to additional support and partly as Payroll Officer will be on leave for a week late NovemberOpen plan modern officeLeading supply chain companyWelcoming and dynamic teamHours are 8.30 to 5pm, 40 hours/weekFree onsite parking (Manukau/Mangere area) Interested?
