Job Description Description Processing fortnightly payroll for 1000 employees within deadlines Creating and maintaining staff personnel files Calculating termination benefits and leave entitlements Balancing payroll ledger accounts Preparing payroll and budget reports Ensuring timely ATO and superannuation payments Interpreting awards and agreements, assisting with HR administration Managing end-of-year payroll processing and STP payment summaries Calculating and processing pay increases and completing ABS forms The Successful Applicant Profile Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, preferably within a non-profit organisation Strong understanding of NSW awards and enterprise agreements Experience using XERO is highly desired but not essential Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills What's on Offer Job Offer Flexible/ hybrid working environment: 2-3 days WFH Work for a meaningful, non-profit organisation Opportunity for career development Supportive and friendly team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
