Te Whatu Ora are seeking for payroll manager to join their team in Richmond – Health Hub, New Zealand. In Nelson Marlborough, Candidate will play a vital role within the network of New Zealand health district, actively supporting the objectives of the National Payroll Leadership Team while driving the accomplishment of payroll targets at both national and local level. Candidate is responsible for managing the district payroll operation to ensure the efficient delivery of payroll services. It provide strong leadership to the team. For this position, it must have a minimum 10 years of experience in payroll manager for this full-time permanent job.

Responsibilities for payroll manager:

The candidate is responsible for delivering strong leadership to the payroll team and cultivating a culture collaboration and accountability.

It have ability to actively contribute to the objectives of the National Payroll Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with national and local payroll goals.

They are responsible to utilizing data analysis and reporting tools to assess payroll performance and identify areas for improvement.

It must have able to maintain a positive work environment that promotes integrity, innovation, respect, and teamwork among payroll staff.

Skills for payroll manager:

Demonstrated experience in leadership roles.

A track record of at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.

The candidate must have proficiency in using relevant data analysis and reporting tools.

Methodical approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to make decisions based on data-driven insights.
