Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contractWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Lead to manage our payroll system and lead the delivery of end-to-end payroll services for WSP New Zealand.About the Role:Manage the payroll system (CHRIS21/iCHRIS) and ensure accurate and timely processing of the fortnightly pay for 2,200 plus employees.Lead the payroll team and ensure that appropriate processes, internal control systems, policies and standards are developed, implemented and maintained.Apply in-depth knowledge of employment and payroll legislation and application against employment agreements.Ensure all IR filings requirements happen in a timely manner.About You:Minimum 10 years' professional experience in a related discipline.Solid experience with CHRIS21/iCHRIS.Experience leading teams and workload management.Proven experience in interpreting and applying payroll-related legislation.Why Work with Us:A world of opportunity to shape a career as unique as you.A culture that celebrates new ideas and diverse perspectives.Proudly earning its place among the top five employers to work for in Aotearoa New Zealand.Part of a global team of over 69,000 employees making a positive impact.Location: Wellington location preferred, Auckland will be considered.Salary: Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
