A bit about the role The Drive thru Supervisor role is focused on contributing to the overall success of the Company by maximising sales, profitability and quality customer service. The primary purpose is to:
Assign work to the team on a daily basis, supervising work flow, staff levels and day to day operational requirements Support the team by delivering relevant advice and solutions to customers as required Support the Drive Thru Manager with staff supervision responsibilities, including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management. Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment Ensure the company image is protected by maintaining excellent customer service skills A bit about you Reporting to the Drive Thru Manager, we are looking for someone with:
Good physical fitness with the ability to unload, carry, lift and move items A passion for customer service excellence and the ability to manage customer expectations Relevant product knowledge to assist our Trade and DIY customers Strong relationship management skills are vital to creating and maintaining a professional and friendly working environment Leadership/supervisory experience, with the ability to energise the team to excel and give their best Forklift licence is preferred, but a willingness to upskill and get your forklift endorsement is a must This will be a busy role, and no two days will be the same. You will need to be adaptable, customer obsessed, collaborative, positive and passionate about maintaining a safe working environment.
