Payroll Lead

This position is within a company with a diverse workforce.As part of the collaborative Human Resources team, you will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the HR Coordinator. This is a Fixed term role for five months with potential to becoming a full time role, the role offers flexible working hours for the right candidate.The ideal candidate will be someone with strong people skills, capable of handling diverse responsibilities.Role ResponsibilitiesHandling weekly and monthly payroll runs for our 150+ employees.Conducting weekly, monthly, and year-end reporting.Updating employee information and changes.Managing IRD filings, ACC annual reconciliations, and related compliance tasks.Reviewing systems and procedures to ensure compliance.Providing efficient and professional responses to payroll inquiries.To Excel In This Role, You Should BringSubstantial end-to-end payroll experience within New Zealand.A solid understanding of relevant New Zealand legislation.Familiarity with Greentree Payroll or other payroll software is desirableExceptional Verbal Communication Skills.The ability to meet deadlines and a proactive "can-do" attitudeTo apply for this position, click APPLY NOW or call Roy Prasad for a confidential discussion.
