Your background includes at least 3-5 years' experience in processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls, coupled with at least 1+ years' experience leading teams or supervising people.
Your proficiency in financial payroll software, combined with your excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, will be key to your success in this role.
Furthermore, your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.At least 3-5 years' experience in processing New Zealand payroll both weekly and fortnightly.At least 1+ years' team lead experience, or equivalent supervision of people.Experience with payroll in markets outside of New Zealand (Australia, Singapore and US) preferred.Proven track record of financial management and leadership in a multi-national company.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in financial payroll software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.What sets this company apart:Our client is a well-established organisation that values joy, collaboration, and boldness.
