Working within a small team, you will provide direct support to the Payroll and HR Manager, other management & staff, internal & external stakeholders.

Your Day Will Consist Of

Managing end-to-end payroll process Maintain complete and accurate payroll data Communicate payroll-related information to staff Manage and resolve payroll issues Assist with HR administration as and when required Supporting & collaborating with the wider team Identifying opportunities for improvement & growth About You

You will have strong experience across all of the functions of payroll, and be confident providing support to a high level in a complex environment. Your skills will be beyond simply payroll; you will have excellent technical knowledge and be able to grasp and apply concepts, thinking critically and methodically. With obligations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will need to be able to manage your workload effectively & remain calm under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail, all whilst maintaining confidentiality and having a high level of integrity. You will also have:
Previous payroll experience is a must Computer savvy, experience across a range of cloud-based systems Strong Xero & MS Office skills (particularly Outlook & Excel) Sound problem solving & numerical analysis skills Collaborative team player You Get To Enjoy
