The Payroll Administrator and HR Support person plays a key role in maintaining a good working
relationship between employees and the Company by;
Ensuring the weekly payroll is completed accurately and on timeLiaising with employees in respect to questions about their payEnsures the IMS Payroll system is kept current with employee informationEnsures TimeFiler is recording accurate scan times to integrate into payrollEnsures employees are paid correctlyEnsures personnel files are kept currentLiaising with the HR Manager to ensure employment law requirements are metOther duties as required by the Manager to support the office
About you:
Proven payroll experienceHonest and reliableConfidentiality at all timesHigh accuracy with numbers and calculationsExperience with MS Office - Word, ExcelProficiency in IMS Payroll and/or TimeFiler (highly desirable)Customer focused Excellent verbal and written communicationProactive approachInitiative to problem solveAttention to detailA team player
