This is a permanent part-time role working 30-40 hours per week over 5 days.  We use Xero for our Payroll and Accounts. You will report to the General Manager and liaise with the Accountant to ensure the smooth daily running of the financial side of the business. This is a busy role with lots of variety and you will be part of a supportive team. For success you will need the following: Some experience using XeroSome payroll experience, for a medium organisation within New Zealand (Pay for 100+ staff)Confidence managing multiple accounts within the roleExperienced end user with a good working knowledge of computer systemsSuperb all-round administration skills, including bankingAbility to communicate effectively written and verbally with a wide range of peopleStrong Excel userIt would be an advantage if you also have the following experience and attributes: Knowledge of the Holiday Act 2003Database experienceSound NZ accountancy experience, capable of managing time-driven dutiesFlexible with hours of work Benefits to you include: Work in an environment where you can grow and developFriendly and supportive management and team environmentCompetitive pay rate negotiable depending on experienceWe promote inclusiveness and welcome diversity as a culturally safe workplace.
