About this role As a Payments Officer, you will address inquiries, enter and update invoices. A significant portion of this role involves data entry, so proficiency with the keyboard and meticulous attention to detail are essential to ensure accuracy for our customers.

Ko wai koe About you Experience in financial or administrative roles, with knowledge of invoicing processes and principles Ability to prioritise, plan, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines Ability to interpret contracts and regulations for accurate invoice processing Collaborative working style, effective team player High accuracy and attention to detail, capable of handling high volumes of data Communication skills to manage both inbound and outbound calls Agile approach, adaptable to changing business needs Proficient in technology systems and tools, in particular Microsoft software Ra Whakakapi
